Do I have to pay anything besides the monthly membership?
No. Your membership covers all the services included in the plan you choose. You would only pay extra if you request additional services not included in the plan or if you purchase maintenance products.
How long is the minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment is 3 months. After that period, you can renew your membership or cancel it without any penalty.
Can I change my membership after signing up?
Absolutely! If you want to upgrade to access more benefits, you can do so at any time. Just contact us to update your plan.
Do I need to schedule my appointments in advance?
Yes. To ensure your spot and provide you with the VIP attention you deserve, we recommend booking your appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
What happens if I can’t make it to a scheduled appointment?
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. We just ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment and avoid losing that membership benefit. If you don’t notify us in time, the appointment will be considered used.
What happens if I move to another city or can’t continue with my membership?
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need to cancel your membership before completing the 3-month commitment, we ask that you contact us so we can evaluate your case personally. We always strive to offer the best solution for you.
